very true, and there are some cities that also have eviction procedures as well that must be followed. it can get very bad indeed being a landlord.
this is a clusterfk of a case. First off the people hired her, a retiree on SS, to babysit for room and board. She wasn't being paid anything but a room and meals. THEY are pathetic abusers of the elderly themselves.
I know this person is a habitual law suit filer, and I think she's a dreg, but in this instance she may have a case.

There is a minimum wage. I don't entirely agree with it, but it does exist. It's doubtful she could have been considered an exempt employee.
