If you want to be a cocktail waitress then apply for the job. I don't see the issue here??? If they deny you the job due to gender then find an attorney and sue them for discrimination. I doubt you will find an attorney to take your case but why not try... Good luck in your career.

All sports and occupations should be gender neutral. If that means that thousands of women might lose the ability to compete in their sport of choice as they are out competed by men, then so be it. I sure the feminists would support that, right?

A case where you'd be guaranteed to win? Absolutely. Attorneys don't care how weird or obscure it is, they want money.

Yes, job postings should be gender neutral. For example, while it's a shame that there aren't enough women in STEM careers, it's also a shame that there aren't many men teaching elementary school, where kids could benefit from having positive male role models.

FYI, that's only true because women have lower death rates than men do. There are more males than females for every age group under 35 and more females than males for every age group 35 and over. In total, there are more males under age 65 in the U.S. than there are females.

Interestingly, the number of males is growing at a slightly faster rate than the number of females, primarily fueled by more older men. The sex ratios at young ages (more boys being more than girls) is shrinking and getting closer to 1:1.

Just after my post in this thread we were swamped with calls from people who needed their submersible water pumps replaced. (there was a storm here yesterday)

I did just fine pulling the pumps with a pump hoist and changing the pumps.

Females just have to work smarter.......working smarter made me a lot of money today.
