Tahmooressi is an ex-marine and was not performing official duties. See the difference? If a former Mexican soldier was caught with contraband at the border his military past would give him no special consideration from US officials.
There is no such thing as an "ex-Marine." Once a Marine, always a Marine. By the way, he is still in the Active Reserve and he's still being treated for PTSD following deployments.
i can promise you that if the USA had entered Mexico and fired upon federalis you would hear about it on the evening news. It would be sooo God awfull and a huge apology with compensation would be justified
It was after midnight in an unlit and remote wilderness area within 100 yards of the border. I have seen no reports that the agents were in their vehicles. US border agents have 'accidentally' shot and killed Mexicans on the Mexican side of the border and despite an uproar they were not held accountable in the US.
Those agents were attacked by Mexicans throwing rocks at them from the Mexican side of the fence.
Quite frankly I have had it with Mexico, we should have taken the whole thing in 1848. Would have saved us alot of trouble in the long run.
This is what happens when you militarize your borders.
Less bias source? Also, considering the nature of drug runners, the one getting shot may be with others who either shot at border patrol or the victim shot at border patrol and his friends picked up the gun before leaving the scene.

No, that started long before this and continues to this day.
Indeed. The invasion began in, oh, 1492. But we don't like to call it that - we say we "discovered" the land. Because only brown people who are generally not being violent or trying to stake claim to the land they step foot on "invade". Yes yes?
