I'm a long haired white boy that looks like a biker.... tell me about being treated fairly ... ...Carry some frigging ID and have a coke and a smile as Eddy/Bill would say....
Simple... and when you are confronted by police act like a human and not some idiot trying to get upset....... things in life go wonders when you act accordingly to the situation and not with some kind of chip on your shoulder with an agenda..... most people that have issues with cops bring it on themselves... do some cops get out of line, of course, but of all the millions of interactions with police and civilians, 99 percent of the time it's fine... you just get boneheads like this "professor" who manages to drop that she's a professor... which was laughably embarrassing for her... give me a break... talk about an entitled intellectual that got her ass handed to her... LOL....
I'll be nice as long as they play by the rules also.
The ASU professor Ersula Ore pled guilty to one count of resisting arrest. All the other charges were dismissed. The link below has a short video that incorrectly states she is being charged with assaulting an officer. I am sure both sides on this want this to quietly go away. As part of the plea deal Ore has agreed to probation and restitution which probably means paying court costs.
They arent trying to claim that it was a valid arrest, just that you can't resist an invalide arrest. I disagree.
