Nope, more laws....more laws that people will listen to, and if they don't listen to those new laws, just make more laws that require people to listen to the old (New) laws....
If you actually read the article you would have seen where it said shootings are actually down this year compared to last year. Stop and frisk had no effect other than to racial profile innocent people.
