This decision was narrowly determined, and only applies to family owned and non publicly traded companies.

More on the closely held question: We have no occasion in these cases to consider RFRA's applicability to publicly traded corporations . The companies in the cases before us are closely held corporations each owned and controlled by members of a single family and no one has disputed the sincerity of their religious beliefs.
Justice Kennedy basically said if the government wants to it can provide the objected to birth control itself.
??? Can the Administration/HHS pay for it unilaterally? What if either the House or Senate doesn't want taxpayer dollars to pay for it? What if insurers don't want to pay for it without compensation?
Well, duh. So many important cases are being decided 5-4 or 6-3 these days.
Hobby Lobby 1, Obamacare 0.
How much did taxpayers pay for this, and is there a blank check to spend as much taxpayer money as it takes?
The employees that use contraception lose, they will now pay directly.
Most health plans include contraception as part of their plans, not much added expense to add the option but in the case of Hobby Lobby it's the thought that counts.
Hobby Lobby employees will continue to have sex but they will need to continue to pay for their transgressions.
Has the employer mandate been put into effect? I thought Bonehead, brought a bill from the house, to stop the employer mandate, when 17% of the government was shut down and Reid sat on it. Only to have Obamas Pen and Phone, do it and suspend the employer mandate.
I thought there had to be actual harm before it could be brought to the courts.

I have no idea. Just was stating what Justice Kennedy said.

The federal government is just going to make contraception available in such cases, and the Supreme Court judgment already stated that this is permissible.
and they should. why should my tax dollars pay for their "ooops we had an accident"?
People need to grow up and take responsibility.

Ah, so more shifting of the employers responsibilities onto the government.
What was to shift?
The SC ruled it was never the employers responsibility in the first place.
They outlined how it was not the employer, and not the governments responsibility. They ruled it was the responsibility of the individual. The individual has the choice...The freedom.
What about the religious freedom of employees that don't have the same beliefs?
They can seek a job somewhere that provides those benefits.
