Haha. Except if this were the IRS attacking liberal organizations, you'd be singing a different tune. Don't worry though, if the GOP gets the white house in 2016, I hope the right gets a little revenge, and maybe even ramps it up.

Drip, drip, drip
Most companies warn about what to say in emails to prevent regulators from finding certain things.

It is not right but it is true.

If you need to say it in business - Put it in writing and stand by it!

When I deal with people who are known to lie, I will only deal with them via email. Funny thing is, they try not to, because they know how dangerous it is to have a paper trail.

1. You would only expect Congress to get the e-mails if you knew you were doing something wrong to prompt a subpoena.
2. If something is going on and you are doing things properly, the best thing to do is document.

She's guilty as hell.

The solution to this is have federal employees waive the 5th Amendment as a condition of employment.

When the People call a federal employee before Congress to answer a question, the federal employee has the choice of forfeiting all assets and spending the rest of their life in prison, or telling the People everything.

Yes, indeed, and they'd be screaming bloody murder.

Nixon did the same Obama had done, and ended up resigning.

I am not a crook....I am the most transparent president in history....

This person is correct. Most companies warn their employees on what they type in emails.

Nowadays it's common sense, not drip drip drip.

That is so that they don't use e-mail improperly, not to keep them from documenting business related information.

Is there anyone that doesn't know that what you post on line is there forever? If anyone in our government doesn't know this until now they are too stupid to have that job.
