It's not only a contraceptive. It has many benefits and is part of healthcare for women. Why don't companies have a problem with paying for Viagra. There are no benefits from it other than.....ok you know the obvious.

So what?

How is it a right for someone to force a company to pay for the morning after pill?

You wouldn't need the morning after pill if you were on birth control. Your focus is the pill being nothing more than a contraception. But it is so much more to women with medical issues.

I'm a socially liberal Democrat and I think the age of consent should certainly be lower than 18. In most states it is 16.

I don't care that it was a Democrat. I also thought the Mark Foley 'scandal' and the Catholic church 'scandal' were media-driven nonsense.

You still haven't explained how it is a right for someone to be forced to pay for another persons medical care or drugs, especially when doing so violates religious principles.

What does this have to do with a politician getting brought up on sex charges?

When did it become a right for corporations to pay for boner pills? A corporation shouldn't have any say with what goes on between you and your doctor. If a doctor tells a woman that an IUD is best for her health, she should be able to get it without having her company second guessing her doctor.

I prefer the sliding scale for consent. I think a 16 yr old should be able to consent to sex with a 19yr old, but not a 49yr old. Once they hit 18, then they are adult enough to make those bad choices.

In Colorado, 17 is the unfettered age of consent, but for 15 and 16 year olds there is a 10 year exception (25 and 15 = legal, 26 and 15 = crime). For those under 15, there is a 4 year exception (14 and 18 = legal, 14 and 19 = crime, 14 and 10 = legal, 14 and 9 = crime).

Tell me what you Republicans are doing about convicted felon David Vitter.
