I mean, some excitement for Hillary is fine, but do you think we could do without the face t-shirts, the crying, speaking in tongues and "hope" this time around. Maybe liberals can be more realistic, and not attribute messianic abilities to Hillary. It must be embarrassing to pump someone up so much, only to watch them fail over 6+ years.

No- she is white.

IF Hillary is elected (let's keep in mind that most Americans are idiots, so it is quite possible), the only silver lining is that the Clintons get even with their enemies, thus we can expect Obama to take a beating if he is not already in prison at the time.

Nope. There is no way that a party that voted in a young, seemingly hip, minority president is going to bother voting for an old white woman with health/brain issues. They will just stay away from the polls.

Although I do not "worship" the Clintons I fear what the corporatist Republicans would do to our country.

Do you worry about the corporatist democrats will do as well?

Both sides have been bought and paid for by special interests.

Women vote in greater numbers than men.

The GOP has steadily eroded their viability among women, even married white women.

Hilary Clinton is a woman.

Democrats hold a commanding lead in the Electoral College.

Hilary Clinton is a Democrat.

If she runs, she wins.

^^^^^^^This, right here! I think the Obama presidency solidified this for many people. My guess is you'll have an increase in Independent voters from this. People are finally realizing that both large parties in this country get bought out as easily as a hooker on main street. The times are changing.

Did I say 'all women'? No.

I'm talking demographics and trends.

You take it personally...that's your problem.

P.S. I'm a white married woman -- does that mean I have to vote GOP?

Most 'independents' these days seem to be former Republicans who have turned their backs on their party because of the in-fighting and their exhaustion from fighting social issue battles.

If you look at the numbers recording affiliation, it's interesting that the GOP loses just about as many as the 'independents' gain.

If she runs, she wins.

1) She is a woman, but an old woman, and does not excite the base.
2) She can't deliver a speech to save her life.
3) She's like the female version of Grandpa McCain.
4) If she runs, she loses by a landslide.
