Just to be clear, when I said Hispanics, I am referring to a huge percentage of Puerto Ricans, Columbians, Mexicans, etc. who are living in America. Basically, the "mixed" ones and not the almost pure Native American ones or the almost pure white ones.

To just look at the faces it can sometimes be difficult to tell. (By the way, Hindians can also look a lot like Blacks.) How are they dressed--especially the women? (Hindian and Middle Eastern women are nearly always acompanied by men.) Hispanic women dress similar to American women but often more seductively. Middle Eastern women dress like nuns. Hindian women wear much more colorful clothes and often have a red dot in the forehead.
Another good clue is the accent. This can only be learned from listening.
