Sadly, they've been hijacked by those who use bogeymen (i.e. anybody who isn't a mainstream white Christian heterosexual male) to deflect blame and not actually address these issues.

The Tea Party needs to go back to how it was in 2009 or so.

Did you think no one was going to run to the front of a leaderless movement to claim to be in charge?

That Tea Party Express or some other Tea Party organization claims to speak for the like minded individuals who first spilled out into the public parks in 2009 to oppose the bank bailouts, stimulus and deficits means nothing.

They speak for themselves.

Clinton would agree.

3. The Tea Party hate is based on lies. Lies such as the Tea Party being racist, homophobic, hating poor people etc....

The accusations of racism, homophobia, etc. exist to give credibility to those who oppose people that support not stealing from those too young to vote.

Thank you for so eloquently expressing the braindead mantras of the liberal left. based upon the talking points of your left wing hate filled masters.

Why dont you try talking to some real people, rather than depend upon your left wing blog sites? You might find yourself surprised at their passion and their wisdom and their love of this country.

While you're at it, read and re-read the First Amendment until you understand it. Then perhaps you will have learned to respect the freedom that it protects for you and me and everyone else!

What percentage of children are born out of wedlock because a liberal, for some reason, poked a pinhole in the condom?

Actually the Tea Party despite one's Tea Party, has kept American on the Principles of h today with the over reach of and rapid growth of Government. The Founders were Genius when the Federist Papers were wrote and they new some how a great idea that could turn into the suppression of a certain King George.

We as Citizens have been able to speak out and question our leaders with fear of being imprisoned. You pick the topic from Fast and Ferrous, border security, to the IRS to our Foreign Policy , like Benghazi and Syria. Regular Americans have placed a check with those who occupy the White House.

We are truly blessed for being a Citizen of the United States. We are a Country of American Exceptualism!

Are you sure you are Speaking to the Tea Party? It sounds like you are speaking towards the Policies of President Obama and the Democrats who support him. What you are referring to is Social Liberalism and or social Justice. which has nothing to do with the Tea Party.

This has nothing to do with the color or race of a President. You should be a shamed in bring up the race card. Most people who oppose Obama , oppose his policies. His class room ideas has fallen short on every subject. I could go on and on ,describing the Policy Failures and over reach of the President.

If anything we want to be left alone to forge our own destiny, not the ones the is conceived in back room deals of the Senate and the White House. You Have forgotten most people do not approve of Obama care. As the program rolls out its becoming a budget is and Doctors and Insurance companies alike is backing away from the table of Obama, Reid and Polse.

Its very much the Opposite, the Democrats with 8 years in power (2 years with Bush) to the changing of the House, has driven bad policy. If it was not the points that everyday Americans that believe in Tea Party Principles this government would be out of control completely and American as you knew would changed forever. : think:

The so-called "Tea Party Patriots" are simpletons: they are always bringing up the "founding fathers" and the Constitution - as if any of them ever read the Constitution, much less understand its provisions for the foundation of our government. "We want our country back!" - they shout. It’s laughable. They are like the evangelical Christians that misquote the gospels and ask, insipidly: "What would Jesus do?" They are stooges and shills for those who would use them to their own cross-purposes - those who would undermine the very foundations of the nation. (There are some that even believe they have the right to take up arms against their lawfully constituted government!) Beware those behind the Tea Party - those shadowy, anonymous figures behind the curtain that pull the strings of this puppet show. Beware of those behind the tea party. They are not patriots; they are not loyal citizens; they are subversives.
