Finances, military and govt superiority are achieved because of technology. Apparently, many are naive in this regard. They do not understand how the MIC, JPM, GS and the Alphabet et als, have achieved their positions of such advantage. Tech is an enormous strategic advantage. Just look at the public patents, nm the 6000 classified ones to which the public doesn't get access. Do they not understand how the stock market works?
ED of JPM GNOC is about all one can find. Though he had other positions at the GNOC previously.

Source: I am employed in IT (Technical Systems and Operations) at one of Canada's "big 5". The system I directly support processes $1 trillion a day, but my team has no direct access to "trading activity" outside process monitoring and batch flow streams.
