Why not pull the troops from Iraq and air drop them into latin America to clean out the drug cartels? Any cash recovered goes to pay for the occupation.
America's "Manifest Destiny" should also go north and south. We should annex all the land in North and South America.
right so now instead of policing the world, its our job to feed the world and give them free healthcare and other government goodies while the rest of us have to pay for it.
Oh and let me guess.....tax the rich for it.

No. We should keep our borders as is. Unless of course you'd like to be lumped in as a tyrannical empire like the NAZIs were, the old Soviet Union or other tyrannical regimes in history? And yes, our military COULD feasibly wipe out the drug cartels, however; our government including LE and the Prison Industrial Complex make too much money off of the fake a** war on drugs!

There are many "humanity problems" on the earth today. How many is the USA responsible for that occur outside our borders?

Yes, food aid should never be cut. Military and cash aid need to stop, but not food. That is the moral thing to do, and is good for diplomatic relations.
