I would prefer building a fence to keep them out in the first place, but Congress does not want that. They prefer to tell people we have a "CRISES" (). They want people to think we havea "CRISES" (), which they can use for political ammo. Don't be so gullible.
It's "crisis," the singular, as in the thread title. Hate to be the grammar police, but you diminish the effect of the points you're trying to make when you use a basic word incorrectly. Even worse is your use of emoticons when using the word incorrectly.
They don't want to fix it at all, because if this problem goes away, they lose a political talking point. They don't want the fence, they don't want to utilize the National Guard, they don't want to expedite the deportation process, they don't want to boost the number of border patrol, they don't want to increase electronic surveillance. All they want to do is keep the problem, because then they can blame someone else for the problem, and talk about a "CRISES" ().
Neither side wants to fix the import of poverty.
A life in poverty here for these people is heaven compared to where they came from.
As a nation of service jobs this is the perfect labor force.
An uneducated dependent populace is very easy to control.
And it's not a crisis if they planned and budgeted for it.
The crisis is on their part for not having all their pieces in place..just like when Obamacare went live and the websites didn't work.
Up until June they were doing catch and release so they didn't need any "shelters" for them.
The MSM got wind of the numbers from Border Patrol and then the decision was made to hold them even though they had no shelters.
This is a government made crisis and if we give them money it will all "go away".
Just because you are finding this out now doesn't mean they didn't know about it.
All their budgets got more than doubled between FY2013 and FY2014 because they told Congress they expected 60,000 illegal children. Congress gave them that money.
Are we having a "CRISIS" (), or not?
If yes, then the government needs to spare no resource to combat it. A crises is a serious condition, which needs to be addressed immediately.

I'm not and nor are you. Yes build that fence but it's not PC. One side would jump the other and folks would scream. So we now have a crisis..............mostly made up by the media but here we are. Folks see headlines and fall over and scream. In reality we should start shooting these runners and the one behind em will think twice.

Well, there is bill which says build it, but I guess the House thinks it's too PC.

Been "building it" for years now.......never comes to fruition.........just piles of money tossed. So it goes.
