Here's the post that gets ignored.

All you good "christians", didn't you have somebody named Jesus say that

"What you do for the least of these you do for me". ?????

And look at the statistics and you'll find that conservatives donate more time and money on average that liberals. The same study found that religious people, independent of their politics, donated more time and money than any other group.

Just because someone doesn't advocate the theft of property with force to redistribute wealth doesn't mean that they don't help those who are less fortunate. They feel that indiscriminate handouts aren't the best avenue for help.

All with their noses held high in the air while they bash those less fortunate....how "christian" !!!

Only the thoughtless think that all poor people are lazy.

Only the thoughtless think all rich people earned their money.

Only the thoughtless think rich people are somehow better than poor people.

Only the thoughtless think that the rich have never stolen or recieved anything that came from others.

Only the thoughtless are scared to death to investigate just how much of their taxes go to the wealthy and not the poor.

Only the thoughtless think they are independent and have done everything without help.

Only the smug thoughtless don't know that someone is looking down their nose at THEM.

Why are they in here when they could be earning more money...do you think Ted Turner or Donald Trump spend their time in chat rooms? No, they aren't as lazy as those in here...they're out making more money.....and looking down their noses at the lazy people in here who aren't spending this time making more money.

It's interesting to me that the very people who will argue there is, or should be "seperation of church and state", immediately start using religion as an agrument when people disagree with them

What's up with that???

Don't know which statistics you'd be looking at there, but there are plenty of bogus numbers out there along these lines. No accounting for instance for the fact that liberals tend to a greater extent to live in areas where support services are paid for through taxes rather than by relying on private charity. I'd be a bit cautious about believing everything that I read on this topic...

It would be a false premise, that's what would be up with that.
