This is precisely the "hope and change" the majority of American voters wanted when they elected and then reelected Obama. Why should anyone obey the law when the President will not?
It doesn't matter who's in office, these sick events are going to keep happening.
They have nothing to do with politicians.
Actually, it matters a great deal, whether you acknowledge it or not. A President that ignores the law at his whim sends and unmistakable signal to every American - the law is meaningless, do whatever you want. And apparently they did.

A young lady lost her life because of a shooting, however the fight was between several girls while 100+ people watched...
