I believe its how they direct the sergeant of arms to arrest someone for contempt. Should prove interesting.

I'm going to guess it's because she improperly invoked her 5th amendment rights. I imagine there will be a fight over that but let's get it started already.

How so? I didn't watch the hearings, so I didn't see her testimony. What did she do that was improper in invoking her rights?
