Tax Topics - Topic 412 Lump-Sum Distributions

You're just angry you got caught not knowing what you were talking about.

That is utter nonsense.

Explain your moral authority to claim a right to control my money, and why I should not.

I'm sorry, being in control of your own earnings is NOT a "plutocracy".

Plutocracy occurs when those with money are motivated to control government's actions to benefit themselves (or defend themselves from abuse).

So, don't give the government any power to control anyone else's money and there won't be any plutocracy at all.

Ahh...in other words destroy the government! Hooray! Oh wait...the government is WHAT gives our money value.

Seriously you cant both fund the government, and NOT fund it, and have any sort of rational argument.

What do you think an exception to the rule is?

I'm not angry at all. I am annoyed that you seem to know of a way to have retirement funds taxed at capital gain rates and won't share. Of course I think it's clear by now that you have been full of it this entire time, but still, on the off chance there is a way to get taxed at capital gain rates then I want to sign up.

The inability to conduct a rational discussion seems to be yours.

Now, go back, read it again, and respond to what I said, not the imaginary nonsense you made up.

The financial books of the USA should not be balanced on the backs of the middle class.
On whose back should the financial books of the USA be balanced? If I was of wealth and government tried to get it out of me I would become an ex-American. That is where the idea of bilking the wealthy ends. Why should anyone steal from another as a means to be "fair"? If the wealthy should pay a "fair share" they should receive a fair share of what is being passed out, no? If we are being fair there should be no arguement.

People such as yourself get lost in numbers that don't matter when you jump into financial conversation. Does the fact the percentile is lower for capital gains than is for earned income burn you up? The numbers you read about what percentile Buffet, Gates or Soros pays in taxes is unimportant to you. Be safe in knowing they pay more yearly in taxes than you will in your lifetime. Is that fair? They pay more in sales tax, property tax and any other taxes you can rattle off.

You do know BHO and Biden fall into the same category, correct? Bill and Hillary are wealthy as well. Do they pay their "fair share" of taxes? The Pelosi witch is worth a fortune; do you think she even cares about taxes? She could care less about what she pays in capital gains while rambling on incohesively about raising taxes on the wealthy. Her congressional pay doesn't match her taxes.

It's really funny how wealthy progressives are the first to suggest raising taxes and end up paying what their constituents claim is too low. The government could take all of the wealth from the 1% and not have enough to operate for a year. The problem is spending, not revenue.

Name a fair share tax that fits all across the board.

If you invest your money in government debt, you can have a 0% tax rate.

Government encourages you to have income with no taxes.

Society? What's their contribution to the society then?

Abolish the income tax and insolent something like fair tax. This problem will go away.
