Cuba is an independant and soveriegn country, which we should have made friends with years and years ago. It is not a territory of the USA! That is the mentality that isolates us in our own hemisphere. Certainly with Castro stepping down, we should try to make amends for our shortsighted policy which has seriously hurt the Cuban people and not had one iota of success in toppling Castro.
