We're talking about organized religion, before that there was Judaism, but not significantly long before that and they actually persecuted Christians for a few hundred years. Homosexuality was not favored by then at the time who made all that junk up, whatever they weren't stealing from old religions while wiping out those people to try and cover it up. However incest and polygamy was common, and stoning to death too, feel free to implement all that into society too. I'll happily stick to my religion which doesn't even mention homosexuality or any sex for that matter, as I doubt any God really gives two ****s who I sleep with.
