I just watched a video on the U.S.Drones.. long story short, if anyone is getting across our border it's because the Government is allowing them.
Drones do not prevent illegal immigration across the border, surveillance helps but not a solution. Do you realize the border is over a thousand miles.
The question is can America actually nation build a third world country and make it a successful place like it did in Germany, Japan and Korea? Is there any success stories since then where America's money and expertise turned around a poor country? (Iraq, Afghanistan???--- We spent lots of money on those countries trying to make them successful, has it worked?)

Continued deportation and fences are not a solution, we have been at it for decades.

Afghanistan and Iraq are impossible situations with ethnic and religious factions that go back centuries, the issues in central America are political and the drug trade. We never made much of an attempt to invest, other than supporting either the government or the opposition.

No, and we didn't build Germany and Japan either, their own people did. If the people are not willing to do the work, then it won't get done. US was in Panama for a very long time, and built roads etc, but is Panama a 1st world country today. No, it is not.

So building up Central America is easier then? How about the problems with infrastructure, education, corruption, the lack of literacy in it's residents, etc. Is there any countries in Latin America dominated by Indians that are successful?

Do you realize the technology at the hands of our government?
They are letting these people over the boarders. The media is playing the public and you've bought their lies hook, line, and sink.
One could look at this as the solution to the shortage of adoptable kids.
I was thinking about this the other day. I'd be for letting the kids under 5 stay if someone adopted them. Criminal background check on the adopting parents to make sure they are here legally and do not have a history of child abuse and papers for any kid they adopt.
