Why?
Just read what of a professor of the Columbia University Paul Christy said 2 months ago :
CypLive - American dollar rescue strategy: break the economic cooperation between Russia and Europe through the crucible of war in Ukraine
US does what she does.............trade oil for dollars. Nothing else matter nor does your professor. You lap it up though.

RT is available by satellite and maybe through local cable companies. Two reporters have already quite over the Russian coverage. Their focus now seem to be to blame Malaysia Airlines for flying over a war zone. They were making a big deal also over the plane being slightly off course and flying at 31,000 feet instead of 33,000 feet. The followed up that bit of reporting by blaming Ukraine for all the violence.

RT is on Dish 280. Directv does not carry it.

And you know this, How? Not even Fox News has put that out.

Chocolate King has made his millions in Russia and the EU. He's more beholding to the EU than the US. In fact he just signed a deal with the EU.

RT..........LT...........they block. I don't buy any of the media bias crappola. ESPN works for me. I need news I go find it on the intrawebber. Not to any BS sites either just reality. Most times I sit back and use my brain to see what is going on. Maybe I'm wrong here and there but usually common sense wins out. Not the BS put out by most.

Are you going to try and say that the Ukraine Army smuggled a 3 vehicle BUK11 Missile Battery into the separatists strongest most highly defended area and did it unknown. They then fired a missile that brought down the plane and was then able to secretly escape approximately 130 miles into safe, Ukrainian territory........all without being detected?
That's quite a stretch, my friend.
Believe it or not, I have watched a couple of the russian language videos with the plane explosion witnesses. And some of them independently of each other say they saw a military jet near to the exploded plane.
The US satellites could see a lot of different things. But we will get the only info what the authorities want us to know.

This is what I was trying to say before...
It needs a special crew of 16 professional military specialists to serve this system.
Yeah, there are some former soldiers in the rebel's army. But it is very naive to think they are trained by Putin's instructors. Firstly, why Putin sent them to the rebels if they have a success in shooting down ukrainian military planes without these deadly "toys"?
Secongly, the training process can take months and the rebel's former soldiers have no any ability to take such break.

Concerning the bolded part.

THat was the very first info I got on the incident and posted it shortly after it happened in this thread. That the Rebels were firing at the military jet and didn't have a good radar lock and the missile missed and just kept tracking up to the commercial jetliner.

These radar controlled missiles don't turn on a dime like the short range heat seakers. Once they miss, they just keep going until they hit something or run out of propellant.

You probably won't believe it but almost every ukrainian citizen with some brain know this as well.
I personally have relatives, friends and classmates in Ukraine and can confirm that.
Current ukrainian govt serves interest of the US, not of its own people.

No, I'm not trying to discredit you in any way. You may be 100% right and I, 100% wrong. We just don't know. that's the value of these threads. We all pool our share of the knowledge we have and from the mix, come out with an impression of actuality.
You're sources seem to be more localized to the actual incident area. My sources are...........well.......different.
