Do the dead American kid doesn't count? We should just wait until they shoot down an American airliner?

The conflict is between Russia and Ukraine. What exactly do you want us to do.

It became an international conflict when they **** down that plane. I want Obama to demand the buk and the crew delivered in 24 hours or NATO lays waste to the rebels' fake country.

Leaders of other countries can demand all they want but it doesn't mean it's going to happen. So then what. Should we go to war over this.

Are American airliners flying over that war zone?

Maybe they should just let the traditionally Russian area, full of Russian speakers that wants to be part of Russia, be part of Russia?

I agree. East of the Dnieper River is part of Russia and west of the Dnieper is really part of Europe. Have free travel between the two and life could go on.

Some pretty serious weaponry like a wing of F-14 aircraft (The Top Gun Plane) were left at their bases in Iran when the Shah fled to Egypt in 1978. The same thing happened in 1975 when the North Vietnamese came knocking on the door of the US Saigon Embassy in 1975. Several billion dollars of US made weapons had the old RVN logo painted over with the DRV Stars. This also happened in Ethiopia in 1976 when Haile Selassie was overthrown.

It appears I have failed to make my point clearly enough. I am not sure I have the energy to elaborate, though.

In a perfect world, yes. However, Obama is currently our commander in chief and he's a lousy poker player.
