What is the point of all this doom and gloom you constantly post? Most of which are absolute worst case scenarios.
Would you have the human population drastically culled because if this GW hysteria is real, that is the ONLY solution. There is no way anyone living in the real world believes that 7billion+ humans are going to change their ways enough to head off disaster.

Before the advent of oil production there were 1 billion souls on the planet and that number was constant for thousands of years. Since oil production and the industrial revolution approx 120 years ago the population has spiked to over 7B and is still going up. Will be at around 15B by 2030 at these rates.
All burning fossil fuels and eating food created with fossil fuels.
There is NO substitute for fossil fuels and may never be. Nuclear fusion is a pipe dream. Wind power is a joke, if it ever supplies 10% of our needs that would be a huge success.
All other power pales in comparison to oil. One barrel provides the work output of 14 men for a year working 8 hours a day. To stop using it means a drastic population decline.

That's for global warming deniers, peak oil deniers, endangered species haters, logging apologists and that whole "God gave us nature to use up!" mindset. People are tired of your endless attempts to ignore scientific evidence for obvious economic and religious reasons. Maybe you're smart enough to see the alternate acronym.
I also propose that G.O.P. should stand for Greed Over Progress, Greedy Old Polluters, or similar terms. There's nothing Grand about willful ignorance and lack of respect for nature, though it is an Old tradition.

I believe completely in the principles of science. Given this, I cannot support the concept of "global warming" as this contention has not been proven by any means. In fact, the converse appears more probable.

So what happens when all of the fossil fuels are consumed?
Well, that's hundreds of years in the future and if GW is real, we would be screwed by then anyway.
I believe the only hope is solar energy and drastically improved solar panel technology. If that happens we may be able to support billions of people and not burn carbon fuel. Huge IF.
My advice to people who worry about global warming? Find something else to worry about. People are not going to change until it's in their interest to change. When solar energy is more convenient and cheaper than oil, this problem will start to go away.
But no one is going to change their ways except in token little ways to try to stop GW. Humans don't have it in them, they worry about themselves first and others last.
There is an adage in medicine- "don't just do something, stand there."
Unless the premise of global warming is definitively proven (which it has not been), then taking "action" for an unproven theory is both reckless and foolish.
Only an imbecile would embrace a "cure" for a malady which has not been properly defined.
