I dont know what it is with these people. Has this guy EVER been on time for a statements and such? Seems he is often half hour late or more. I think he enjoys just having people wait on him.
Ill reserve judgement until I hear what he has to say. I absolutely do not want war or major conflict. However, some sort of action is needed, imo. No more simply tough words or red lines that end up being meaningless.

This is how a leader shows respect to those he represents and conveys a message that when he says 10:50 he means 10:50 which speaks to a larger message that his word is his bond.
