The president controls troop movements, he can bring them home anytime. You wouldn't know that because that would entail two things you avoid like the plague, knowledge and the truth.
You really do not want to know what happens in any war. You want to know even less about what our hired mercenaries did and are doing in Bush's Wars of Choice.

As long as either Bush is brought up on similar charges I say go for it. The first Bush did more. May as well go after Truman as far as killing civilians.
