How do you like activist judges now, liberals? As they continue to dismantle Obamacare, I bet you're starting to change your tune on them.

No, I don't like it. But they are the designated referees. We just have to play smarter and better, that's all. Whining is unproductive.

Edited to add: So is gloating.

There's no such thing as an activist judge. There's just whiny, childish, typically unintelligent people who whine about things when rulings don't go their way.

Obamacare was never supposed to work, only to get passed. Which it did but only by chicanery by the SCOTUS.
This is the Asterisk Administration, don't expect much of anything its done not to be overturned or rescinded or ruled invalid.

Progressives should be jumping for Joy. The quicker Obamacare is dismantled to better off they will be when UHC is implemented. As was the plan from the beginning

Changing what tune? Surprised that two Republican appointees ruled nay? We've been dealing with activist judges on the Supreme Court since they appointed Bush president and gave corporations the go-ahead to spend millions on campaigns.

Let's see how the appeal goes. By your response to the ruling, I imagine if the admin wins the appeal, you'll be very depressed.

They can dismantle all of it tomorrow if they want to...

Just makes the calls for Single Payer even louder.
