I see these characteristics daily in posts by leftists here on C-D, in articles written by left-wingers on leftist blogs, and also on left-wing network news. The characteristics of leftism are unmistakable.
I just wasted 15 minutes of my time reading that trash. First, she starts off by stating she was a "communist" and it goes downhill from there. She makes these outlandish claims, such as, leftist comparing Christianity to Nazis. Now, if we just talking extremist, as she was apparently was, we all know extremist on the left or right can be nuts. It sounds to me, if her story is believable, she then went from radical left to reactionary right and just jumped right over the middle. She came across as very confused.
Interesting article that confirms what I've believed for a long time. The left hates people, white people, working people, and Christian people. They are also hypocrites; they hate people who own property and have money, unless they too are leftists. And their goal is the destruction of prosperity in America.

Your assessment of the writers "epiphany" seems to be what I would expect from a leftist trying to defend his ideology. The revelation of the truth of that ideology is hard to swallow, isn't it.

Exactly! A study of "Progressivism," it's history and ideology, reveals this truth.
I have never heard a Leftist, Rightist, Centerist, Communist, Socialist or Capitalist say that double-entry accounting should be mandatory in our schools.
A Libertarian told me that nothing should be mandatory.
A Swedish Socialist high school teacher told me that the math in accounting would make Capitalism seem logical to the students.
Now 45 years after the Moon landing no one can tell us the losses due to depreciation of all of the cars in the United States. There were only 200,000,000 of them in 1995. And what about all other durable consumer goods like air conditioners, computers, televisions? How much junk have we thrown away since the Moon landing?
But it all got added to GDP.

I guess the followers of the leaders need to be dumber than the leaders no matter which direction the leaders want to go.
Makes a lot of sense, this part in the article "My favorite bumper sticker in ultra-liberal Berkeley, California: "Think Globally; Screw up Locally." In other words, "Love Humanity but Hate People."

I do find it interesting that you use religious terms in your support of her. I don't know why that is, but I find that language most common with conservatives.

The only difference between communism and liberalism is spelling.

A poor comparison, given that one is a religion and the other a political philosophy. However, it is true that the overwhelming majority of Nazis were and are Christian. That's as much a fact as that the overwhelming majority of Communists were atheists.
