AIPAC and other pro-Israel extremists seem to believe that Israel has the right to the American taxpayers' money but absolutely no responsibility to act like a true ally. If nothing else it would be nice if they weren't putting our interests at risk.
The USA gets something in return as most of the money goes to Israeli military technology development which helps the USA military technology industry. The USA also gives Egypt foreign aid under the same Peace Treaty agreement and I don't see what Egypt gives the USA in return. So where is the American demand/outrage against Egypt in this regard?

The US gets first priority on the use of the Suez Canal and Egypt must also spend a large amount of their Military grant in the US also.
