That's sounds pretty silly to me.

Iran is a nothing country. I can't believe how you big badass Americans let your chains get pulled so easily.

Iran with or without a nuke is no threat to us.

Here we go again with Godwin.

Everything is coming up Nazis! Nazis here and Nazis there...Nazis Nazis EVERYWHERE!

................ Okay, if you don't like Nazis invading Europe, how about Napolean? How about the Ukranians faced with the current Russian threat? How about the North Koreans invading the South in the Korean War? The Soviet Union steamrolling eastern Europe?

I just love it when the liberals cry "Godwin's Law" whenever someone brings up elements of Nazi germany. "Godwin's Law" has become more absurd than any comparisons to Nazi Germany that he sought to ridicule. Try another tired canard, as this one has become tiresome and boring. You libs are like the bore of the party who tells a stale joke for the millionth time. Instead of creating laughter, the "jokster" draws ridicule and pity for using a tired and tasteless line too many times.

In effect, "Godwin's Law" has lost its meaning and is about as meaningless and nebulous as the cries of liberals about "racism" (which now means anything that opposes liberal dogma).

Because it's stealth and can carry a much larger payload than the B2. Larger payload = bigger bomb. Bigger bomb = better success. The alternative is nuclear tipped bunker buster.

Okay, I was mistaken. But it's still not the best aircraft for that role; your quote even says the CAS role is usually done by fighter and A-10 type aircraft.

Inevitable, why?

We could make peace with Iran in the morning if we wanted to.

But if we did that, who would we pay that 550 million dollars to?

That's the long and short of it.

It will only be inevitable if people allow it to be.

Except the B2 is already acceptable to use. It's the most deadly bomber on Earth. Are we just building bigger for the sake of building bigger, like a ****-measuring contest?

When all else fails, talk about race on a weapons program thread, huh?

Iran's new president is much more willing to reconcile with the West, as well. I don't think a lot of warmongering conservatives know that.

Well it does provide a nice compliment to Conservatives' "The Sky is Falling ", eh?

BTW, our own bomber fleet wasn't exactly stellar on December 7, 1941. Our large manufacturing base allowed us to change that in a hurry, an ability our offshoring of manufacturing has deprived us of.
