Just last week the UN Secretary General discussed how horrified he was that not only rockets were being kept in a school, but that they were also whisked away by Hamas before they could be confiscated.
IMHO - The WW2 tactics of bombing cities, with the associated civilian casualties, in order to reduce war material production and unlimited submarine warfare with the killing of civilian sailors, were equally atrocious. So was sending sailors to disarm civilians (usually by killing them) in Vietnam's Mekong Delta was also an atrocity. I had the misfortune of being part of that cluster****.
What the OP and others are suggesting are all variants of the Nazi's "final solution" for the Jews, Romany, retarded and all the rest of the less than perfect in Europe. Aside from the complete immorality of this kind of "Final Solution" it is never "Final" or ever a "Solution".

Bull****. This is a war started by combatants in Gaza. Had they not attacked Israel, none of this would be happening. This was not the case for the "Final Solution."
The objectives should be to eliminate both the enemys' desire and ability to wage war. Otherwise you'll be right back where you started in a year or five years or ten years from now. Isreal knows this.
I respect Israels right to exist. I respect Isreals sober recognition of the threats that exist against them. I respect Isreaels unapologetic and decisive action to protect its own people. They have not forgotten the lessons of history.
Enough with the hand wringing of women and children already. You can't fight a half-assed, protect the innocents, don't worry about winning just worry about "drawing down" war. That's the way this country has been waging wars ever WW2. There are entire generations of Americans who have absolutely know idea what it is to win the war. If war is worth fighting, it is worth winning. WE don't know that anymore. The Isrealis do.
Nobody is advocating killing citizens but they are advocating neutralizing Hamas permanently... Israel should not tolerate any more aggression from Palestine...
