Do not eat or drink in front of Muslims, and learn more about their religion. That’s the directive that has gone out to active duty military personnel at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, a Department of Defense medical and graduate school in Bethesda, Md. The brigade commander sent an email to military personnel at the facility last month – just before the start of Ramadan – advising them to show respect to Muslim colleagues.
“It’s customary to say ‘Ramadan Kareem’ during Ramadan,” read a to-do list compiled by NSA Bahrain Public Affairs.
What's the Arabic words for "**** you" to share with Muslims when their fantasy world is given precedence in our land?
I think a ham sandwich and a beer, served by scantily clad waitresses, is the order of the day.
...and be sure not to mistakenly wave a friendly 'hello' to them with your left hand.
Oh, and do not accidentally break wind, or belch around them either
...and don't look at their women, and sure as hell don't do that left hand wave thing to them either.
Pretty much, just assume all Muslims are unescorted mental patients, who are very likely suffer a psychotic break with the slightest provocation, and start physically assaulting those around them.

Are these same troops advised to consult with their Christian colleagues during Lent to see what they have given up?
I get it that it's kinda rude to eat a sandwich in front of a guy who's fasting. But the same could be said for bringing donuts into the break room when you know Dave gave up sweets after Ash Wednesday.
Boy... Muslims must not be too secure in their religion and their faith. It seems they have a laundry list of what offends them.
Sometimes it's just a complete overreaction from the folks in public relations, who are trying to remain relevant. They're exaggerating the possible reactions from Muslims, to Americans committing a faux pas of their Muslim customs and traditions.
I remember a Mid East tour guide essentially told us not to use our left hand at all. Don't use it to wave at people, don't hand things to people with it, and sure as hell keep it under the dinner table. She made it sound almost as if we should chop off our left hand and leave it in our suitcase.
Then we went out an about in public, the local Muslim people were using both hands to do everything, eating, and interacting with each other They acted completely normal regarding the use of their left hand. It was all a bunch of hype.

Well, I'm left handed. I guess I won't be going there anytime soon. Fine by me. At any rate, given the locals were using both hands, and yada yada, perhaps the non-extremists need to put the extremists in their place once and for all.
During WWII, when my dad was stationed in northern Africa, there were several locals (Muslims) assisting the soldiers with loading ammunition. My dad gave one of them a friendly pat on the shoulder, with a "Thanks, buddy". He had committed the faux pas of touching him, and the Muslim responded by pulling a knife and trying to slit his throat.
My dad was not a bigot or prejudiced person for the most part, but for the rest of his life, he had absolutely no use for Muslims. Good thing he didn't live to see 9-11, and he wouldn't be amused to see how we are now sucking up to them.

So, we went to war to bring better lives to Muslims because?
I know the English word for fighting the fight of others: STUPID
