On one hand...this is the shortest post I have ever seen from you so I almost hesitate to reply as I want to encourage direct on point posts from you. On the other hand its so foolish that I don't know how to respond with anything other then awe at the idea behind the statement. So let me get over that.......

So the luck of being born a Walmart heir is that a persons choice too? I just made poor choices in my birth parents? LOL.

So, how do you explain the FACT that the percentage is lower NOW than it was in 2004??????

From the OP's link (again):

"Yet roughly the same percentage of people are still getting reported for unpaid bills, according to the Urban Institute study performed in conjunction with researchers from the Consumer Credit Research Institute. Their figures nearly match the 36.5 percent of people in collections reported by a 2004 Federal Reserve analysis."
See, secretly Petch is a Obama supporter!

Dear lord, thank you for giving me the brains not to be a Obama tingle up leg cult member. Thank you god that I am not that desperate, naive or stupid.

Of course you can't.

It's Bush's fault.

It's Reagan's fault.

It's Lincoln's fault.

It's global warming.

Have you folks seen the movie about the future out where it promotes the fact that the wealthy are intelligent while the poor are stupid? I believe it's a true-life movie based entirely on fact.
