Yes, he is. His place of birth does not matter it is who his parents were when he was born meaning he automatically qualified. Heck why he got rid of his Canadian Citizenship is beyond me, there is nothing that says he cannot have both. If he had been Naturalized he would have gotten rid of the previous, most countries do not care if you say those words or not, I know this personally, but he never had to do so. He is as qualified as McCain was and covered under similar rules.
Cruz might want to remember that to get the GOP nomination as the GOP candidate for the office of President he will need the GOP to endorse him and fund him, he is making darn sure neither happens, so much for his grand plans. ROTFLMAO!

Politics is a game of brinkmanship. There is absolutely no way his ideas will make it through so why be an obstructionist? Speak your peace and move on. Notice Sessions is opposed but he's not setting up conferences with House members to scuttle the deal. It's called working well with others. Cruz has burned bridges among Republicans in the Senate with his antics now he's reduced to meddling in House affairs.

It wasn't a great bill, but it was better than what Obama proposes and better than that pork buster the Senate passed. Giving Obama 3.8 billion is like giving an arsonist 30 gallons of gasoline. You can bet it won't be used for it's intended purpose.
