Yes, he is. His place of birth does not matter it is who his parents were when he was born meaning he automatically qualified. Heck why he got rid of his Canadian Citizenship is beyond me, there is nothing that says he cannot have both. If he had been Naturalized he would have gotten rid of the previous, most countries do not care if you say those words or not, I know this personally, but he never had to do so. He is as qualified as McCain was and covered under similar rules.

Exactly. Who would support him? Rick Perry just came out and blasted Congress. They called back GOP members and now they won't leave until they vote.

Talking What a complete clown show!

Yesterday: Boehner passes house resolution to sue Obama for overstepping his executive authority in delaying implementation of the ACA, which the GOP hates worse than a bad case of shingles.

This morning: Boehner insists the president use his executive authority to address the border situation.

Later this morning: Boehner wants to pass an empty impotent immigration bill at the last minute, showboating that "Look! Congress is taking action! Where's the president?"

This afternoon: Rafael Cruz leads the house teabaggers in an insurrection, blowing up Boehner's dumb plan and substituting deeper dumbness of his own.

Saturday Night Live couldn't come up with comedy this good.

Carry on.

Default Ted Cruz Urges House GOP to Oppose Boehner's Border Legislation

And the GOP war on itself writes another chapter of comedy.

Totally out of control.

Yeah what a bunch of inept bozos.
First they SUE the President for "taking action on his own" then they CALL ON the President to "take action on his own".

"...In one of the political ironies of Washington, the GOP leaders called for Obama to take steps on his own to address the border issue without congressional approval, a day after voting to sue him for doing exactly that..."

Stuck on immigration, House GOP delays August recess - CNN.com

Toooooo funny.

I swear, mental illness seems to be a REQUIREMENT to be a member of the GOP nowadays.

Wackadoo, wackadoo, wackadoodoodoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, it's pretty bad when the GOP leadership has to ask Obama to do their job for them.

Now the GOP leadership seems to be pleading: "Oh please Obama, come to our rescue".
LOL

If that stupid lawsuit ever actually makes it in front of a judge, the GOP will have written the president's defense all by themselves. What a bunch of morons.

Politics is a game of brinkmanship. There is absolutely no way his ideas will make it through so why be an obstructionist? Speak your peace and move on. Notice Sessions is opposed but he's not setting up conferences with House members to scuttle the deal. It's called working well with others. Cruz has burned bridges among Republicans in the Senate with his antics now he's reduced to meddling in House affairs.

No. I want those employing the tourist, to be put in the slammer and all their assets seized.

It wasn't a great bill, but it was better than what Obama proposes and better than that pork buster the Senate passed. Giving Obama 3.8 billion is like giving an arsonist 30 gallons of gasoline. You can bet it won't be used for it's intended purpose.
