I hope you realize this comment make you no better than any Nazi!!!! This is not a personal attack but an observable fact from this statement that you made. Perhaps you are proud to advocate genocide?????? Anyway, I'm proud to live in a country where you would be arrested for promoting the killing of any group.

So why get involved at all?

kerry walked away the other night, chest pumped out thinking how wonderful he is by negotiating a cease fire only to have it end within 2 hours.

The world has absolutely zero fear or respect for the US right now.

Obama supported the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, and he appears to support Hamas today.
You have to wonder what kind of Fantasy World John Kerry and Team Obama live in.

Think back to 2009 (and before), 2010, 2011 ..... John Kerry was doing his Shuttle Diplomacy (as the US Senator who chaired the Senate Foreign Relations Committee) back and forth to Syria. He constantly talked of Bashar al-Assad as a "Reformer" and KEY to Peace in the Mid-East. Hillary Clinton repeated the "Reformer" part as Assad was sending his Troops to kill Syrian Villagers.

It is true that many in multiple administrations were duped by Assad (and his father). But no figure was so convinced of Assad’s reliability and so enamored of his own negotiating skills as John Kerry. And for that he deserves the most scorn. Washington Post 3/29/11

People like Kerry are so convinced they are never wrong about anything - so they stumble from one disaster to another.

There is no question that Hamas can't be a reasonable partner in any negotiation - History proves that.
There is also no question that John Kerry is "ineffective" because he approaches these issues with pre-conceived ideology and a conviction that "HE" always knows best.

Is John Kerry ineffective or is Hamas unable to be reasoned with?

Yes to both.

Actually there is a third option. Both. Kerry is ineffective and the Hamas can not be reasoned with.

When will you Yankees come to the realization that you ARE NOT all powerful, that there are huge limits to both your power and your influence. One only has to look 50 miles Florida to witness a tiny little country that has been thumbing it's nose at the USA for 60 years with impunity. Your record of foreign involvement since the end of WW2 is horrendous with almost all endeavours becoming unmitigated disasters. It has gotten noticeably worse since the end of the cold war. I think history will judge the USA very harshly for completely blowing the chance for world peace and stability as the only remaining world superpower. Through sheer stupidity, shortsightness, and purely selfish ambition the country has set a low mark in it's history. I strongly believe that if the USA just stayed the hell out of other country's affairs the world would be a far better place and the USA it's self would be a far, far better place.
