9 questions about the Israel-Palestine conflict you were too embarrassed to ask - Vox

Hmmmm..... if one had no knowledge or proof of any of this - if all one had was a limited awareness of the global presence of Palestinians and Israelis, perhaps one would think this:
Israelis are not committing terrorist acts in various parts of the world - they are defending their own.
Meanwhile, depending on their allegiance to any particular terrorist faction, SOME Palestinians ARE committing terrorist acts in MANY parts of the world.
Which, upon gaining knowledge of the conflict in Gaza, one might be more inclined to side with Israel.

hamas just broke the cease fire, AGAIN. This is the 5th time.

I guess there will be more crying when IDF retaliates.

Powerless my foot! they were offered a state 7 or 8 different times but nothing is ever good enough for them.

Israel wants to live in peace. Why else would they have pulled all Jews out of Gaza in 2005?? If all Israel wants is land, do you know how easy it would be for them to take it?? Israel has peace with Jordan and Egypt. WHO do Palestinians have peace with? Even their brothers in Egypt keep them blocked out on the other side of Gaza because all Palestinians do is MURDER!

Here is an in-depth article by an Israeli in the Jerusalem Post explaining why the settlements are illegal under international law.

It's not even verified. And it doesn't mean it was Hamas; it could have been a rouge element.

Let us not forget all the hijackings, bombings and murders perpetrated against Israel and Jewish targets beginning in the 1970's; Munich, Achille Lauro, Entebbe, Maalot, Savoy Hotel, Sbarro's, and many others by Black September, Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, and the PLO. No one ever seems to remember those events.

Israel just had enough. They built walls, set up checkpoints, and run the most secure airline in the world. The US should take a chapter from that book.

Hamas promptly renewed its rocket strikes against Israeli civilians/residents at the end of the 3 day ceasefire as promised when Israel refused to give in to its unreasonable demands. Already one Israeli civilian and one Israeli soldier have been injured.

Cause and effect of having four or five decades of terrorist atrocities with many associated deaths all over the world committed upon Jewish people.

Get the Arabs to stop fomenting terror WHEREVER they can reach and perhaps the rest of the world will start thinking better of them, eh?

Oh wait you're postulating that there could be a terrorist group within a terrorist group that is not afraid of reprisal from a terrorist group for possessing weapons that are restricted by a terrorist group to ownership only by that terrorist group?

It's become well documented now that impartial reportage of events was all but impossible due to overt threat from Hamas but we're to believe another group might have the cojones and been able to get ahold of rockets and fire them off towards Israel under that same threat from Hamas?

Your ability to colour every atrocity committed by these cretins to suite your anti-jewish agenda is simply astounding.
