It's a little worse than it was for 2013.

It shows that we're not being taxed enough by about 3.14% through 2035.

Once again the report calls for action sooner rather than later so that people can get used to the changes and that the burden is not brought to bare by a smaller percentage of the population. It's also saying that the Trust Funds will be depleted in 2033 when combined but now gives a 4th quarter 2016 prediction for the exhaustion of DI.
