Seeing as everyone in Washington does the same bull crap over and over again, and seem to think its going to come out smelling better the second time, is insane. That goes for both parties.
And yet both sides cheer their side, like watching to sides pointing accusing fingers at each other while Rome Burns and the crowed applauds it. We are the New Rome and we are following in their footsteps, it was nice while it lasted and we will look back on these days will fondness one day and wonder why we let it all happen.

That's just fine with me since he's been saddled with a do-nothing Congress. Current approval rating - 16%; or maybe that was the Republican Party; I can't remember.

Closer to 100 years with the exception of the brief spectacle referred to as Operation *******. The ICE documents from that time show significantly less that the numbers the admin. announced.

The US people want stuff and service cheap and then blame government for the consequences.

The New World Order people are the ones who are certifiably insane. That covers the ones controlling both parties.
Obama is just a flunky stooge, a cretin they chose to put in office to do their bidding.

Oh, and it's incredibly cult-like behavior to expect our president not to use the government against his enemies (i.e., IRS scandal and even park rangers during the shutdown). And it's completely insane to expect some consequences when it's determined that the president lied to the American people about keeping your insurance and doctors when he knew very well that it wasn't possible in many instances. I swear, those Tea Party people are racist thugs no better than the Taliban I tell ya!

Is that sane?

When Republicans wanted birth control to have the same copay as other medication covered by insurance, the Democrats called that a "war on women". Is that sane?

The Obama white house drew up and introduced sequestration. Obama gave a speech saying that he would veto any attempt to get around sequestration. Then, when sequestration went through, the Democrats blamed Republicans for it. Is that sane?

The Republican House drew up 4 separate continuing resolutions funding the government. The Democrat controlled Senate rejected all 4 of them. Then the Democrats said that Republicans shut down the government. Is that sane?

The Democrats rejected all Republican attempts to be involved with healthcare reform and drew up the Affordable Care Act with no Republican input whatsoever. The Democrats then passed the Affordable Care Act using the reconciliation process which denied Republicans the opportunity to debate the law. Then the Democrats said that the Affordable Care Act was a mess because Republicans wouldn't work with them on it. Is that sane?

The Democrats proposed responding to the mass shootings at Sandy Hook and elsewhere with bans on assault weapons and high capacity magazines, even though neither assault weapons nor high capacity magazines have been involved in 99% of mass shootings. Is that sane?

The head of the IRS admitted the conservative groups had been unfairly targeted. Lois Lerner took the 5th rather than answer any questions. The IRS said they would produce all email related to the situation then claimed that all the email had been lost, and gave a date for the loss that was prior to the date where they had agreed to produce that email. Eric Holder's Justice Department investigated the situation but the investigators did not take testimony from alleged victims of the targeting. But the Democrats claim that the IRS situation is a phony scandal and a witch hunt. Is that sane?

Obama gave a speech while he was still a Senator saying that if he was elected President he would not rest until the problems at the VA were resolved. The chairman of the veterans' affairs committee in congress sent reports to Obama about the problems with veterans not receiving timely care. But when the story broke in the mass media, Obama said he was shocked to learn of it on the news and that he had no previous idea that anything like that was going on. Is that sane?

Harry Reid said that it was only proper that the Defense of Marriage Act was losing cases in the Supreme Court because it was clearly unconstitutional. But when DOMA was passed in the first place, Harry Reid himself voted Yes on it. Is that sane?

Maybe when the Democratic leadership stops being flagrantly irrational, then you can complain about the GOP being insane because of what Republican rank-and-file people say. It's absolutely true that there are a lot of crazy extremist Republicans. But given the staggering level of dishonesty and corruption at the very highest levels of the Democrat party, I think that's a bit more of a pressing concern.
Excellent post!

No, Catholicism is NOT Christianity, because it is headed by the POPE, not Christ. It has PEOPLE who decide what the members are to believe, not their conscience and the Pope claims to stand in place of God.

So, no, the Pope is not about Christianity, even if he claims so, and further, he's a radical leftist pushing a political agenda.

The GOP has no plan to address illegal immigration, health care or the imbalance of wealth. You can't just continually criticize without a plan of you own, what exactly does the republican party stand for, what is their focus.

IF the GOP really wanted people to keep more of their money MORE DEFENSE SPENDING on an already bloated MIC wouldn't be the permanent plank in the party platform that it is. The truth is the GOP wants to spend other peoples' money on ITS agenda.
