The Benghazi issue is not over until those who lied admit they lied and suffer the consequences for breach of the public trust ( holding an office and being dishonest).
And, for those who are guilty of failing to defend American's lives are held accountably, politically, if not legally. I'm all for Hillary and Obama facing charges for conspiracy to allow murder.

are there still dead people because of this attack.....YES....then there needs to be questions on what went wrong and how it can be prevented again
did the admin originally say it was because of a video, lying to the public......YES.....then there needs to be some accountability from "the most transparent admin in history"

You don't get to dream up and name a criminal charge just because it sounds good. There's no such crime as "conspiracy to allow murder", at least not in any criminal code I know of.
You could always look up what Reagan was charged with after the Beirut bombing in 1983, I guess.

I wasn't citing a legal term. I was talking about the actions they committed.
See, if you want to charge people with something, you are going to have to come up with the name of an actual, y'know, crime.
