On the "McLaughlin Group" TV show, they said it's mostly Qatar and Turkey. Other places have said it's the Gulf States (which includes Qatar). I thought it was more Iran. Saudi Arabia is basically the biggest sponsor of terrorism.

If you recall, the administration actually gave them millions of dollars just last week. The US does not intentionally fund Hamas. Only a crack smoker would think this. They get 50% of the funding from Saudi Arabia, and Iran and others. The US considers Hamas a terrorist organization. We buy oil from Saudi Arabia, and consider them friends. The US provides aid to Gaza refugees that has been said to make it to Hamas, but it is not intentional. That is an outright lie.
That's a good question. I don't have a good answer. If it were up to me, we wouldn't. But if it were up to me, most of our foreign aid would cease. For example, Mexico clearly doesn't deserve any foreign aid, but it gets it.
