you keep saying 'blowback' in ref to 9/11....please elaborate
Interfering in their affairs. Supporting and financing dictators. Propping up the Saudi royal family. Stationing troops on Saudi soil. Unquestioned support of Israel.
Never heard of any of that?

But that's assuming that the members of your religion are somehow divided around the world, making it unimportant what atrocities are done in the Middle East as long as it's not happening in Dearbornistan or other places in the US.
Your Islamic faith isn't different from theirs. Conquering the world is a clear corollary of the jihad commanded by the Koran. Muhammad himself commanded atrocities carried out in the day, for example the execution of all male prisoners in a Jewish village. So if atrocities were good enough for him, they're good enough for all Muslims.
I don't want the world to take a step backward into slavery to 7th century superstitions and archaic, brutal laws.

I don't consider them to be my enemy.
They are your enemy no matter how non-interventionist your intentions.
I became a believer after coming to know several Expat British muslim famlies that came here to escape the tyrannical radicalization that is occuring in England.
That being stated I'm for a let them kill each other and their God can sort them out policy.

While I don't want to go around and collect enemies like beanie babies, I find it rather odd that people who saw off the heads of little kids because they don't believe in their particular flavor of deity should be allowed to go unchecked or at least classified as an "enemy"
This doesn't make any difference? I personally don't want to be in the middle east at all.
I would think that if one were so inclined to name an enemy surely a group like ISIS would make the top ten list I would think.
We did not need alqueda to invade us , they still managed a pretty successful attack so you think going back to a pre 911 mentality and ignore these guys is going to,be ok in the long run,
The ignorance is astounding, but not unexpected. This person voted for Obama twice, so that's the mindset you're dealing with here.
I didn't vote for Obama, but this comment is just plain silly....let's keep arguments legit and not associate someone being "crazy" or off because they voted for Obama..... sort to takes the legitimacy out of valid arguments.
