Republicans generally speaking want to stop the law cold through a variety of measures.

Obama wants to delay the laws' poor impact until after elections.

Absolutely not. This is the same as a drug pusher giving away free samples in a new market. Once the users become addicts, they will be forced to cut out other expenses just to pay their pusher.

He hasn't pushed implementation of key provisions past Election Day. The employer mandate is not a key to the law working as evidenced by the fact that the employer mandate hadn't been implemented and the states that embraced the Medicaid expansion and getting people signed through the exchanges have had these huge drops in the uninsured percentages.

A key policy being withheld would show up in the law not working.

There are only about a dozen states mostly Republican and in the south that have non-compliant policies. Each of those states could get rid of the non-compliant policies. For example in Texas Rick Perry could get rid of the non-compliant policies and then blame it on Obama. Republicans at the State level can get rid of the non-compliant policies starting now and then blame it on Obama in November. Why havent they?

Exactly, he doesn't want to pay the price of his own actions in the writing of this pathetic Law, nor that his Party would as well.

This law is highly inefficient.
-31 Million non-elderly Americans will still be uninsured in 10 years.
-2.5 Trillion Dollars spent on this program by 2024.
-A loss of hours worked equivalent to over 3 Million full time jobs.
-The website was way over cost and ineffective - no wonder Obama promised to never do no-bid contracts above $25K, too bad Candidate Obama is nothing like President Obreezey.
I watched a show where there was a girl (tattooed, kid, just a mess of a girl) and she is all for it. She said she just can't understand why people wouldn't like Obamacare, she knows people are being forced to pay higher premiums and pay for things they don't need but to this low life... after all she is getting another free ride. Whaaaat's the problem she says?
