He did not say " It had not been reported"
I am watching CNN live, and all he said was that, "we had heard this before today".
You are trying to twist his words to fit your own narrative.
And again, i have been watching CNN for 5 straight days and it was reported, but only as a rumor, not as a fact because they had no confirmation.
No it doesnt. Even if he did do it ( all the police called him was a suspect), it doesnt change the fact that he had no weapon and was killed.
I'm big enough and strong enough to dispatch someone with my bare hands. As a matter of fact I am about the size of Micheal Brown without the excess fat. Brown's hands and his size were his weapons.
Zero tolerance of violent crime will be more effective in
1) preventing crimes;
2) preventing the loss/damage of innocent lives.
If all intentional robbers knew that they won't get away from their unlawful acts and likely risk their lives for a pack of cigar, they would think 10x times before they commit a robbery.
Too mild or symbolic law enforcement is costly and ineffective. If from now on, shop lifters of any sort face two-year prison time, you will see a huge drop in shop lifting.
That is a neo-KKK site. The Council of Conservative Citizens (CCC) is the modern reincarnation of the old White Citizens Councils, which were formed in the 1950s and 1960s to battle school desegregation in the South.

"We also oppose all efforts to mix the races of mankind, to promote non-white races over the European-American people through so-called “affirmative action” and similar measures, to destroy or denigrate the European-American heritage, including the heritage of the Southern people, and to force the integration of the races."
"God is the author of racism. God is the One who divided mankind into different types. ... Mixing the races is rebelliousness against God."

The cop did gun down an unarmed person---but if Michael Brown stole cigars and assaulted a store clerk, if that's what actually happened, and that's why the cop was trying to apprehend the two young men, it changes everything in the eyes of the law.
It is also evidence that Brown was an aggressive criminal.
Like I said before, criminals should not be executed, but this adds weight to the cop's story and takes it away from the main witness, DJ.
If the hospital releases a report showing that the officer was assaulted, that also casts a shadow to the young lady who said she didn't see Brown assault the officer.
Too bad the looters didn't wait for this information to come about in the investigation.
Unfortunately, the personification of sainthood in this young man will taint the next time a truly innocent young man is killed.
Maybe Al and Obama should be a little better job checking out the person's history/character before jumping into the fray to incite violence.
And it may not have been, and he may not have robbed the store, remember, suspect =/= guilty.
It's pretty much at 99.999999% certainty that he did rob the store.
