This is the best collection of photos I have seen so far:

Intense images show unrest in Ferguson, Mo.

Even if you believed everything the cop said, his actions still aren't justified. This isn't a situation like George Zimmerman/Trayvon Martin where there was some possibility that the accused acted out of self-defense. After Brown ran away, there's no longer any risk of imminent harm. And a jury will hold him to a higher standard because he's an LEO.

Default Ferguson Riots-why aren't business owners defending their property?

The animals are on the rampage again, destroying property and lives every night for the last several nights. Never mind that it's often in their own neighborhoods and it's future they are screwing up. I have to wonder, why aren't the honest business owners and other residents standing up to these mobs? Where are the locals with firearms to defend their property and lives? Are we returning to the way of the jungle, where the most barbaric mobs are allowed to rule? Or are the victims standing up and we just aren't seeing any reporting on it?

Unbelievable what America has turned into.

This is your "LOCAL POLICE" here looking like the military who just invaded and are taking over the town.

I'll just point out that your local police dept., even one like this one, is WAY less clandestine and draconian than government agencies.

Bet ya the jury is visited by the cops at their homes and warned that a guilty verdict will make their lives very unpleasant.

SMH. They used the slightest pretext to bring out the big boy toys. If it's that out of control call in the National Guard.

There is a possibility that what he did will end up being justified. That's not really why we are seeing the reaction here. It's really not about this one instance. It's about instance after instance where those in charge of enforcing laws are not held accountable to those same laws.

If this had been a singular incidence we would not be having these kinds of reactions. People are getting tired of a different standard being applied to those in charge of enforcing the laws.
