After months and months of countless delays, the trial of Heraclio Osorio-Arellanes is slated to start today. He's the Mexican national who shot and killed US Border Patrol agent Brian Terry 8 years ago with a gun given to his Mexican drug and crime cartel by Democrat Attorney General Eric Holder, appointed by none other than [b]Democrat Barack Hussein Obama. Their "Fast and Furious" scandal directly lead to the death of a US agent and not a single person in the Obama administration was ever held responsible.

Quote:
The Mexican gang member accused of killing U.S. Border Patrol agent Brian Terry in 2010, an event that led to the unearthing of the Obama-era Fast and Furious scandal, has pleaded not guilty on the charge of first-degree murder and eight other charges, a Justice Department official confirmed to the Washington Examiner late Wednesday.

Heraclio Osorio-Arellanes appeared in federal court in Tucson, Ariz., Wednesday following his extradition from Mexico Monday.

U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona Judge Eric Markovich ordered Osorio-Arellanes to jail and set the trial start date on Sept. 11.

Funny how the right always tells us 'guns don't kill people, people kill people' until blaming the gun suits their agenda.

I'm not blaming the guns, I'm blaming the Democrats who secretly gave those guns to Mexican gang members who killed a US Border Patrol agent.

As soon as Trump is held accountable for Niger.

"The investigation identifies individual, organizational, and institutional failures and deficiencies that contributed to the tragic events of 4 October 2017," a summary of a months-long military investigation into the incident, released by the Pentagon Thursday, said.

Oh? Can you point out where you've ever blamed any of the people who've supplied mass shooters with guns as also sharing responsibility or are you selective in your blame based on nothing but politics?

As soon as Hillary is blamed for Benghazi... this could go on forever!

It simply highlights how much above the law our politicians think they are...

I agree! OP started the thread so I took it as to say the current administration needs to be washed, rinsed and cleaned. Let's not go on about Bush. We would be here all day.
