He should have been tried as an adult, six years is nothing.
And there in lies the problem, you want two 13 year olds and one 14 year old tried as adults, but to vote they have to be 18, to join the military they have to be 18, to drink they have to be 21, to be a consenting adult when it comes to sex it varies. Until we define what an adult is we will always have issue such as this. My suggestion is 16, most say 18, but whatever that age is it should be for all cases, criminal or social, one cannot be considered an adult one second then a child in the next, it is illogical and down right stupid.
Murder should be handled like an adult in any case no mater the age, and the death sentence should fallow.
This detours the crime , not jail time where criminals learn to be worse.
kids pull these crimes a all the time, KNOWING their age will get them off, or with a lite sentence .
Kids do know the law when they step into this lifestyle.

So if one 3 year old pushes another 3 year old with a toy and kills him then you expect that 3 year old to be tried in adult court? That makes sense.
It detours crime? Like when there's construction? To where does it detour? Do you mean it happens to someone else then or someone just has to walk/drive longer to do the crime?
The imbalance in the justice system and liberals? Really? We have more people incarcerated per capita than any other nation in the world yet we're not any safer than other first world countries. That's mostly due to conservative politics. You'd best read up more before you stop to think it's a liberal issue. There are a LOT of more liberal countries that have much lower rates of violent crime. Hey, why read up on that though when you can whine about liberals?
They make these things called libraries now. There are lots of statistics available on violent crime rates. In many cases, the problem with 'these kids' is that the CINOS like yourself in this country pushed for tough on drugs laws and it destroyed the resulting excessive sentences destroyed much of the inner city communities.
Sweden has no punitive measures for youths under 15 and yet they do just fine. They spend a lot less money on it to boot.

Three young people were sentenced for killing a random person in a knockout game. Two received probation and one was given six years. Talk about no justice...
13/14 years old and they admitted they committed murder.
But our justice system sees them as kids who really don't commit those "hard crimes" that adults do.

In other words, mentioning bad actions by blacks is racist....claiming whites are just out hunting down and killing blacks is a civic badge of courage.
Now sure, you have your stormfronter type scum that try to bring up every bad action by blacks but here in these forums we have a number of black posters acting no better than the stormfronters.
Heck, I have a guy in another thread calling me racist because I was NOT taking sides until I get all the info and was applauding the FBI coming to investigate.
