IF that poster was 'race baiting' in his very mild statement; I suggest you take a closer look at the threads right here in CD. You will find the VAST majority of legitimate 'race baiting' comes from the conservatives. And it is Loud and Proud.
That's a fact. The vast majority of white Americans do not think that black people are mistreated by the criminal justice system. The vast majority of white Americans believe that black people are more criminal.
What about the stats that back up such though? African-Americans account for the 12-13% of US population, but yet make up about 40% of prison population. The woe me attitude gets old after a while.
One thing I wish Rand Paul would do is endorse the Fair Tax plan. The timing is right for a solid candidate to run with it.
