Because that is essentially what the police officer is claiming. The police can't officially confirm that due to Missouri law but sources within the investigation confirmed that indeed it is what the police officer has claimed, as reported by a friend of his during a radio interview.

If he was charging at the cop and was shot in the top of his head he would have dropped to the ground.
The officer would have then had to of lifted Brown's head to shoot him a second time in the face.
The only way that narrative could have happened would be if Brown was first shot in the face, then stumbled forward before being shot again in the crown of the head.
So thinking about it now I call BS.
Your twisting and vacillating to fit your narrative is truly amazing. Humor me on a very brief sidebar if you will - was OJ innocent? Just a yes or no so we don't get off topic, I am just curious..
It means that people aren't thinking things through just spreading their opinions.
I'm not gonna criticize anyone for their opinion. But you will have to debate your reasoning. So far nobody has been able to do that as far as Brown charging the cop.
All I hear is a bunch of made up scenarios while people call all of the witnesses liars or disillusioned.
Great, if he had to chase the officer for a mile, he probably wouldn't have caught him but we're talking about a distance of 20-30 feet here. Even a 300 pound guy can close that distance in a few seconds.

OR....he shot him in the face, Brown started falling over and the police officer fired a second time as he Brown was falling.
Like people have been telling you......you just don't know what happened and you don't know what went down, not anymore than the rest of us. You clearly seem to want this police officer to be guilty and an absolute racist and murderer but you'll have to wait on that one.

Why would the officer have to shoot Brown again as he is FALLING.

Because when you are dumping rounds, 6 can come out in a second. You can't really believe that each round gets it's own forethought in a situation like this, can you?
