Black Americans need to have a closed door, 'come to Jesus' meeting from coast-to-coast. We need to fully and completely excluded outside voices in order to really push forward. We have allowed far too many outside forces to infiltrate the agenda of black America and it has been extremely detrimental.

That's horribly unfair if that is true. The family has a right to the autopsy report, even if there is still a continuing investigation. I thought the family had seen it, and that spurred them to ask for an additional autopsy to verify the first.

They are having the DOJ conduct another autopsy now. Crump has stated that he doesn't trust the results that the police will present.
The police won't release the full results of their autopsy until they've received toxicology back, which is pretty standard.

I skimmed the entire article and it never once says that schools have to take efforts to deliver the same number of disciplinary actions against students of different races. The entire article is suggestions for monitoring disciplinary actions and checking for racial disparities to ensure that race is not a factor in how disciplinary action is meted out.
Read between the lines. A monthly report has to be turned in.
If the DOJ "suspects" racial inequality they will SURGE on the school.
And schools are making sure their numbers are what the DOJ wants to see.
Don't be so blind to think it's going to be written in that Dear Colleague letter.
Come May what happens is that kids are sent to the library to sit out disciplinary problems and there are no more suspensions.

I was mistaken. Earlier in the week it was released that an autopsy would be conducted by an independent pathologist from outside the area, it had been reported that it was going to be done in the next couple of days but apparently that never happened and instead, they are asking the DOJ to step in and do the second autopsy, which Holder has acquiesced to. Brown's family has moved his funeral back a week.
