Remember the "strong arm robbery" line being thrown around?

Its interesting the whole video wasn't released
Are you suggesting Brown didn't commit Robbery in the 2nd degree as defined by Missouri law?

Various sites have posted infomation purporting to be taken from Michael Brown's sealed juvenile record. Not sure what the accuracy is of this, but here is the information that has been posted.

Brown wasn't in a hurry out of the store. The female customer casually walked passed him as he casually picked something up. Dorian then set something on the counter.

Definitely didn't look like a robbery. There was some type of exchange between him and the man but there's no audio.

Dorian Johnson admitted that it was a robbery. Its clear from the video that Brown grabbed and shoved the clerk out of the way, not sure if roughing up the checker at your neighborhood Safeway is part of your shopping etiquette, but in most places that is considered a strong arm robbery when you physically knock someone out of the way as you're committing theft.

The friend who was with Michael Brown when he was shot and killed by a police officer near St. Louis over the weekend is reportedly confirming that he and Brown had taken part in the theft of cigars from a convenience store that day.
